Heavy-duty welded bed frame

The machine bed is constructed from high-quality steel plates and tubes, joined together through welding. Furthermore, the bed undergoes a rigorous multi-stage process—including high-temperature annealing and secondary aging treatment—to ensure exceptional structural stability and vibration resistance. Even after prolonged, continuous operation, the bed remains free from deformation, thereby extending the overall service life of the entire equipment system.
